The hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a great area, short walk to Aachen and Monschau, the Eifelsteig and public buses. The breakfast I had was very very good with fresh bakery products, nice coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice: )

My stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations in multiple ways. the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the value for money you receive. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was commendable. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the location of the hotel was ideal, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
My experience at this hotel was outstanding and I couldn't find anything that needed improvement.

The location is ideal for business travelers as it is easily accessible by public transport and is surrounded by beautiful woodland and trails for cyclists and runners. the breakfast offered a good variety of items and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The noise level was quite high and the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room was inconvenient. the hotel seemed to be primarily focused on its sauna complex, which may not be suitable for all guests.

I had the unique experience of enjoying a naturist spa center with 7 saunas and 5 swimming pools, including a saltwater pool. The sun terrace was a great spot for some tan lines!
Oh, and of course, the lack of modesty was definitely not my cup of tea.

the location boasts beautiful woodland, excellent public transportation and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. the staff was super nice, and assisted us not only with public bus travel but also with information about the local village. Our room was clean, secure and despite being small, had everything we needed. the dining facility was excellent, serving delicious food which was affordable and appropriate.
We found that the itinerary doesn't allow a longer stay.

The breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly and spoke English. The rooms were clean and spacious, with free parking. the hotel is well-located and has good public transportation connections.
The hotel's sauna complex nature means that there are a lot of Germans walking around naked in the garden. Although we were not planning to swim or relax, we found the soundproofing of the rooms to be insufficient, which made them noisy.
